Brady's process chemists and engineers participate in product development, scale-up and optimization throughout the life cycle of products produced at Coated Products.
To further aid in the development of your products Brady utilizes its 39,000 square foot R&D center, attached via a walkway to the Coated Products facility.
Product development in the laboratory
The R&D center includes a wide array of both chemical and mechanical test equipment and instruments, as well as extensive aging and environmental exposure facilities. A 12" wide pilot coater is available for cost effective research and development prior to production scale-up.
